Little House Big Alaska's Easy Ground-Beef Homemade Jerky
Ingredients
3 pounds lean ground beef
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons smoke flavor
2½ teaspoons black pepper
4 teaspoons dried minced garlic
4 teaspoons onion powder
Directions
break up the ground beef in a mixing bowl
sprinkle everything on top and mix thoroughly
refrigerate overnight
make strips with jerky gun
put meat strips on trays
turn dehydrator on to 145˚-155˚
dehydrate for 5-8 hours (to taste)
