1 1/4 cream

2 oz. cream cheese

2 T butter

1/2 t ground mustard

1/2 t [black/white] pepper

6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

3 oz. guyere cheese, grated

Heat over medium

Add cream, cream cheese, and butter until melted

Whisk in ground mustard and pepper

Remove from heat

Whisk in cheese until creamy
