Mom's Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cream

  • 2 oz. cream cheese

  • 2 T butter

  • 1/2 t ground mustard

  • 1/2 t [black/white] pepper

  • 6 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

  • 3 oz. guyere cheese, grated

Directions

  • Heat over medium

  • Add cream, cream cheese, and butter until melted

  • Whisk in ground mustard and pepper

  • Remove from heat

  • Whisk in cheese until creamy
