1/2 (4 oz.) cream cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup water

1 egg yolk

Salt & Pepper

Cook cream cheese, cream and water in a sauce pan over low heat until melted

Temper yolk with some sauce then readd to sauce pan

Stir constantly over low heat for few minutes until sauce thickens
